The subject of bullying has been in discussion since eons and has affected each and every human being at least once in their life time.

Research shows that 30% of the employees in developed nations are subjected to one or the other forms of bullying. In other nations this figure could go very high. Especially in Eastern nations, where Managers bully their members subjugating them to inhuman penalties.

Bullying in its basic definition is the imposition of one person’s will over another.
